Movement-based Improvisation Workshop
Shared from her experience of working with autobiographical materials in improvisation and performance the past years, influenced by such approaches as those of Anna Halprin, Grotowski, Laben, Phillip Zarrilli and Chinese Classical Dance, Qingyang leads movement-based improvisation workshops that help you get rid of bodily tensions, explore movement and imagined imagery, find your creative, or healing power.
